Violence against minors is unacceptable, and supporting their rights means, above all, a commitment to protect all children with whom we have direct contact.
The purpose of this procedure is to ensure that any report, suspicion, or confirmation of a breach of the Code of Conduct, or cases of mistreatment, abuse, or exploitation of minors by our staff, volunteers, or a Partner, is handled as quickly as possible, following the best practices for effectiveness and respecting the principles set out in the Policy for the Protection of Children and Adolescents (of which this procedure is an integral part).
The General Procedure also includes cases in which individuals outside the organization are suspected or accused.
